<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse and document business requirements for changes and enhancements to the TEMOS platform</li><li>Initiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations</li><li>Act as primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product &amp; Service organisation and IT development teams</li><li>Write and execute test cases</li><li>Coordinate UAT activities, training, and change communications for system rollouts</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved data quality within credit workflows</li><li>Maintain transparency through reporting, status updates, and risk tracking</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk management within a banking or financial services environment</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience working with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools, or loan management platforms</li><li>Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality principles—including experience identifying, assessing, and resolving data inconsistencies in credit systems</li><li>Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements</li><li>Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall project management methodologies; certifications (PMP, CBAP, SAFe) are a plus</li><li>Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or similar reporting environments</li><li>Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries to interrogate structured datasets</li><li>Fluency in German and English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>A natural team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive topics to completion</li><li>Highly service-oriented mindset with focus on supporting front office teams</li><li>Communicates in a clear, structured, and professional manner</li><li>Open, proactive, and solution oriented with a strong interest in improving processes and data quality</li><li>Structured, precise, and resilient working style, with the ability to perform under pressure</li><li>High level of integrity and accountability</li></ul><p></p> </div>
