Join a key transformation initiative within the financial services sector and help ensure the successful delivery of critical regulatory and reporting capabilities.</p><p><br/></p><p>📍 Location: Zurich Altstetten / Remote within Switzerland</p><p>📅 Start Date: 15 July 2026 📆 Duration: Until 18 December 2026</p><p>⏰ Workload: 100%</p><p>🏠 Hybrid: Remote work possible from Switzerland ❗ Remote work from abroad is not possible</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate the overall testing strategy for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</li><li>Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression testing</li><li>Manage defect tracking, prioritisation, documentation, and resolution follow-up</li><li>Support business users during UAT and ensure timely business sign-off • Monitor and communicate testing progress, results, risks, and quality metrics</li><li>Ensure testing completion criteria and go-live quality gates are achieved</li><li>Validate data pipelines and reporting processes, including source-to-target mapping and reconciliation of financial and regulatory data</li><li>Analyse and investigate data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA/Test Specialist in IT transformation or regulatory reporting projects</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, test case design, execution, and regression testing</li><li>Experience with regulatory reporting initiatives such as AnaCredit or similar frameworks</li><li>Strong understanding of data validation, data mapping, and reconciliation processes</li><li>Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms</li><li>Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and documentation standards</li><li>Experience working across business, IT, and third-party vendors</li><li>Knowledge of the EKE project is a plus</li><li>ISTQB Foundation Certification or similar is advantageous</li><li>SQL knowledge is a plus</li><li>Flexible and available for an on-demand assignment</li><li>Fluent English is required; German is an advantage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability</li><li>Team player with the ability to guide and support business users during testing activities</li></ul> </div>
