The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Gather, document, and validate business requirements</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and technical teams</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and business process documentation</li><li>Support project planning, implementation, and testing activities</li><li>Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making</li><li>Monitor business performance and recommend process enhancements</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and Swiss business regulations</li><li>Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics</li><li>Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of Swiss business practices is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with ERP or CRM systems</li><li>Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies</li><li>Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets</li><li>Strong presentation and reporting skills</li><li>Certification in Business Analysis is an advantage</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
