We are looking for you to continue and expand this success story together.<br/><br/>As an Associate Operations Manager Operations in Cell manufacturing, you will be playing a critical role on the Production team. You will lead a dynamic team of Supervisors, managing operations and metrics in critical areas of the production floor. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, NPI, Maintenance, Quality and Material Flow, to ensure production goals are being met.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/></strong><li>Build and lead a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against ambitious production targets</li><li>Develop and ensure a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability</li><li>Enforce safety standards and legal compliance by ensuring a safe working environment following guidelines and regulations.</li><li>Headcount Planning and presentism management.</li><li>KPIs analysis (OEE; Yield, Scrap) and continuous improvement management.</li><li>Ensure the production teams are well trained and use a standardized approach across all shifts and areas.</li><li>Empower the production team to collaborate with engineering, quality, NPI and maintenance to improve product manufacturability and line productivity</li><li>Support in resolving issues, including identifying their causes, and creating an environment for continuous learning and improvement</li><li>Development supervisory team for individual professional development<br/><br/><br/></li><strong>What You'll Bring<br/><br/></strong><li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business or Technical discipline; or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability:</li><li>5+ year experience managing teams of people in high volume manufacturing setting</li><li>Experience in cell manufacturing or comparable experience in other mass production industries </li><li>Clear understanding of mass production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)</li><li>Ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities</li><li>Clear communication with excellent written and verbal skills in German and English</li><li>Technical understanding of equipment and strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Confident in the use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br/><br/><br/></li>, Tesla </div>
