This is a great time to join because they are in a position to scale fast as they now look to seek investment from the right Angel Investors.</p><p><br/></p><p>They specialize in building &amp; shipping enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions to large corporates across Germany - in Public Healthcare, Hospitality &amp; Manufacturing.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Build &amp; deploy full‑stack applications that interface with multimodal &amp; agentic AI systems</li><li>Design and implement autonomous agent workflows, tools, &amp; orchestration layers</li><li>Create scalable backend services and APIs powering enterprise‑grade Agentic AI features</li><li>Integrate LLMs, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, memory systems, &amp; tool‑calling frameworks</li><li>Collaborate closely with founders to prototype, iterate, &amp; ship solutions at high velocity</li><li>Engineer robust evaluation pipelines &amp; safeguards for complex agent behavior</li><li>Contribute to architecture decisions &amp; help shape the early engineering culture</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong full‑stack development skills (e.g., TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js, Node.js, etc.)</li><li>Hands-on experience building with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, or autonomous AI systems</li><li>Solid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, databases)</li><li>Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma etc.) and LLM tooling (LangChain, OpenAI API, custom tool calling)</li><li>A builder mindset: resourceful, curious, pragmatic, and not afraid to push boundaries</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you are interested please share your CV &amp; availability for a call.
