<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Join a growing team delivering practical AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions that create measurable business impact across industries including life sciences and manufacturing.</p><p>In this role, you’ll work on modern GenAI and ML applications, helping clients improve business and production processes through innovative technology solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> • Develop and enhance machine learning and generative AI solutions using Python, modern AI/ML frameworks, and LLMs.</p><p> • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable AI use cases.</p><p> • Conduct exploratory data analysis, model development, prototyping, and feasibility assessments.</p><p> • Integrate AI/ML components into existing systems, APIs, services, and pipelines.</p><p> • Support and improve MLOps and LLMOps workflows including CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and optimisation.</p><p> • Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.</p><p> • Contribute to digital transformation and process optimisation projects.</p><p> • Mentor team members and take ownership within projects (senior level)</p><p><br/></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p> • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.</p><p> • Experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.</p><p> • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or C++.</p><p> • Hands-on experience with machine learning, GenAI, and related frameworks/tools.</p><p> • Interest in AI-assisted development practices.</p><p> • Experience with databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Kafka.</p><p> • Knowledge of Docker, Git-based CI/CD, and MLOps principles.</p><p> • Strong communication skills in German and English.</p><p></p> </div>
