This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by onboarding restaurant partners, fostering their growth, and contributing to Uber's vision of transforming the way the world eats.<br/><br/><strong>What The Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> What You Will Do ----</li><li>Execute sales campaigns to expand Uber Eats' presence across Germany.</li><li>Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top-tier restaurants via cold-calling and onsite.</li><li>Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results.</li><li>Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations.</li><li> What You Will Need ----</li><li>Ideally, experience in outbound sales, cold-calling and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.</li><li>Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.</li><li>Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.</li><li> Preferred Qualifications ----</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse target groups.</li><li>A customer-focused approach to foster partner growth and satisfaction.</li><li>Strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.</li><li>A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team.</li><li>A results-oriented work ethic with the ambition to achieve and exceed set goals.</li><li>Willingness to travel across South Germany (50/50)</li></ul> </div>
