We believe meaningful impact comes from close collaboration, clear responsibility, and a shared ambition to build security that enables the business.</p><br/><p>You will help bring advanced cybersecurity solutions to organizations worldwide and directly contribute to the company’s growth.</p><br/>Tasks<br/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></p><br/><p><strong>Sales Execution</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise customers</li><br/><li>Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature</li><br/><li>Build, maintain and progress a robust and qualified sales pipeline</li><br/><li>Lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT and business stakeholders</li><br/><li>Conduct compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs</li><br/><li>Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Territory & Account Development</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Develop and execute account and territory strategies across DACH region</li><br/><li>Prospect and grow relationships within strategic target accounts and priority industries</li><br/><li>Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders and Procurement teams</li><br/><li>Represent DuoKey at relevant regional cybersecurity events, conferences and industry forums</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Collaboration & Internal Contribution</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Work closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts</li><br/><li>Coordinate with SDRs to support outbound initiatives and meeting generation</li><br/><li>Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams</li><br/><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools and playbooks</li><br/><li>Share competitive and market insights to support positioning and go-to-market strategy</li><br/></ul><br/>Requirements<br/><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure or complex software)</li><br/><li>Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals</li><br/><li>Solid understanding of the DACH market and enterprise buying dynamics</li><br/><li>Experience selling security, trust or compliance-related solutions</li><br/><li>Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance, pharma)</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Your skill set</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences</li><br/><li>Able to engage confidently with C-level, security and procurement stakeholders</li><br/><li>Strong pipeline and CRM discipline (Hubspot)</li><br/><li>Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>German: native or near-native – required</li><br/><li>English: fluent – required</li><br/><li>Swiss German and/or French: a plus</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Mindset</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Hunter mentality with persistence in complex sales cycles</li><br/><li>Clear, structured communicator and strong negotiator</li><br/><li>Autonomous, reliable, and team-oriented in an international environment</li><br/></ul><br/>Benefits<br/><ul><br/><li>Competitive compensation package aligned with market standards</li><br/><li>Equity participation opportunities in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up</li><br/><li>Flexible hybrid / remote working model depending on role and location</li><br/><li>Paid time off in line with local labour laws</li><br/><li>Modern offices at UnlimiTrust Cyber Security Campus (Prilly, Lausanne area) for on-site or hybrid roles</li><br/><li>Attractive OTE structure (base + performance-based variable)</li><br/><li>Direct exposure to strategic customers, partners and international markets</li><br/><li>Participation in major industry and business events (it-sa, RSA, Swiss Cyber Storm, etc.)</li><br/></ul><br/><p>At DuoKey SA, you will:</p><br/><ul><br/><li>Build and expand the DACH market with a strong focus on enterprise and regulated industries</li><br/><li>Act as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with leadership and technical teams</li><br/><li>Drive adoption of advanced cybersecurity solutions in a highly demanding environment</li><br/><li>Join a team that values excellence, credibility, long-term relationships and results</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>Location requirement:</strong> This role is strictly region-based.
