Since launching in 2024, this agency has scaled rapidly, working with over 200 leading B2B tech companies and building a team of 30+. As an <strong>Account Executive</strong>, you own the full sales cycle from pipeline to close, with qualified leads handed to you entirely by a dedicated Pre-Sales team so you can stay focused on what you do best: selling.<br/><br/>What You'll Do<br/><br/><ul><li>Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first conversation to signed contract</li><li>Lead high-stakes sales conversations with B2B decision-makers at C-level</li><li>Craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records</li><li>Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and internal team members to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction<br/><br/></li></ul>What We're Looking For<br/><br/><ul><li>2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments</li><li>Ability to quickly grasp complex go-to-market challenges and develop clear, actionable strategies</li><li>Proven track record of closing deals and confidence engaging senior stakeholders</li><li>High self-motivation and a strong revenue-oriented mindset</li><li>German C2 level (native or equivalent) and strong English communication skills</li><li>Based in Berlin or willing to relocate and work from the Berlin office (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)<br/><br/></li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<br/><br/><ul><li>Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 per year</li><li>Structured 1:1 coaching program from day one</li><li>Deutschlandticket covered</li><li>Urban Sports Club M membership</li><li>Apple hardware setup and dedicated desk in the Berlin office</li><li>Clear career progression path toward Senior AE or a leadership role</li><li>Regular team social events<br/><br/></li></ul>Location<br/><br/>Berlin, Germany.
