The platform enables organisations to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and streamline complex financial processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>With a growing presence across Europe, the business is scaling its commercial team to support continued expansion within the DACH region.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>The company is seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of new business sales across the DACH market. This role will suit a commercially driven individual with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within FinTech or adjacent sectors.</p><p><br/></p><p>The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders across financial services and driving revenue growth through a consultative, value-led sales approach.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to close </li><li>Identify, research, and engage prospective customers via outbound channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn </li><li>Run product demonstrations tailored to client needs and clearly articulate value propositions </li><li>Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services, including advisory, audit, corporate finance, investment firms, and banking </li><li>Manage pipeline effectively, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities </li><li>Negotiate and close new business deals within the SMB segment (average €10K–€15K ACV) </li><li>Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimise conversion and client experience </li><li>Contribute to the ongoing refinement of go-to-market strategy within the DACH region </li><li>Following onboarding, work closely with an assigned SDR to scale pipeline generation </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition </li><li>Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets </li><li>Experience selling into financial services is highly advantageous (e.g. tax, audit, corporate finance, banking) </li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and create urgency </li><li>Confidence in engaging C-level and senior decision-makers </li><li>Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability </li><li>Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and customer success </li><li>Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences</li></ul><p></p> </div>
