The Kentucky Access to Justice Commission (KAJC) was established to prioritize access to justice within the Judicial Branch of Kentucky. It works to increase access to courts and legal representation for low- and moderate-income individuals. The commission achieves this through partnerships with civil legal aid programs, the judiciary, the Kentucky Bar Association, and other community organizations.
