EPI Company is building a new pan-European payment solution called Wero, which is part of the European Payments Initiative (EPI). This initiative, backed by 16 European banks and financial services companies, aims to create a unified digital payment service for consumers and merchants across Europe, leveraging instant account-to-account payments to simplify transactions and reduce intermediaries.
