ACTIMI develops a remote patient monitoring platform for chronic diseases. It is designed to meet the necessary regulatory requirements and offers a user-friendly and safe solution for cardiologists and patients. It consists of a modular patient app, wearable and health cloud integration, as well as an HL7 FHIR interface to existing software solutions.
