Our mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while building one of Switzerland's leading luxury chauffeur brands through innovation, outstanding service and a strong digital presence.</p><p><br/></p>About the Role<p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a motivated and experienced <strong>Web &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist</strong> who is passionate about creating high-performing websites and growing businesses online, this is not a typical webmaster role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing new ideas and continuously improving our digital presence. You will work directly with management and play an important role in strengthening our brand and increasing high-quality enquiries.</p><p><br/></p>Your Responsibilities<p><br/></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain and continuously improve our WordPress websites.</li><li>Create new landing pages for SEO and Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Improve website speed, user experience and conversion rates.</li><li>Optimise our websites for search engines (technical and on-page SEO).</li><li>Support and optimise Google Ads campaigns and their landing pages.</li><li>Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools.</li><li>Create and update website content, images and marketing material.</li><li>Ensure all websites reflect the premium quality and luxury image of our brand.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing, AI and web technologies and proactively suggest improvements.</li></ul><li><br/></li>What We're Looking For<p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong experience with WordPress and modern website development.</li><li>Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and conversion optimisation.</li><li>Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.</li><li>A creative mindset with an eye for premium and luxury branding.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English.
