Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Visual Designer located in Zurich, with flexibility for some remote work. The Visual Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include designing graphics, developing brand visuals, enhancing user interfaces for web design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on creative strategies. Attention to detail, strong creative skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are key to succeeding in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and creating cohesive and impactful visual content Experience in Branding, including logo design, brand identity, and style guides Strong skills in Graphics and Web Design to produce digital and online assets Attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
