We put accounting on autopilot — using large language models, document intelligence, and agentic AI workflows to free finance teams from repetitive capture work, compliance reporting, and manual reconciliation.

Our customers include international enterprises such as ZF Friedrichshafen and REWE. Founded in 2019, investor-backed, and headquartered in Berlin. Our team brings together backgrounds in consulting, venture building, autonomous systems, space technology, and cognitive science.

We're building in a moment where AI is fundamentally changing what enterprise software can do — and that creates entirely new design challenges: how do you design for systems that act autonomously? How do you surface AI confidence, explain decisions, and let humans stay in control? That's the work.

Tasks

You'll be the sole product designer on the team — working closely with our product manager and engineering team to shape interfaces that are used daily by finance professionals across Europe. The scope is wide: from AI-powered document processing flows to compliance dashboards to agentic task monitoring.

This is a high-ownership role at an early product stage. You won't be handed a finished design system and asked to fill in screens — you'll help define how things should work, and why.

AI interaction design — designing for agentic workflows, automation confidence, and human-in-the-loop controls where AI acts but users stay informed

Complex data surfaces — dashboards, review queues, audit trails, and exception-handling flows for finance teams managing large document volumes

Design system ownership — building and maintaining a component library that scales across our product surfaces

Discovery and validation — running user research sessions, usability tests, and stakeholder workshops (in English; German a bonus)

Cross-functional collaboration — embedded in the product and engineering team from ideation through to shipped feature

AI tooling in your workflow — using generative and AI-assisted design tools to move faster and prototype more freely

Requirements

Solid product design fundamentals — user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design with a strong portfolio of shipped work

Experience with complex B2B or enterprise interfaces — ideally SaaS products with dense information, multi-step processes, or back-office tooling

Familiarity designing for AI — you've thought about how to communicate model outputs, uncertainty, and autonomous actions in a UI (doesn't need to be enterprise finance specifically)

Figma proficiency — prototyping, component-based design systems, and developer handoff. Adobe suite and other tools are a bonus, not a requirement

Comfort working with AI tools — you use AI assistants, generative tools, or LLM-based workflows in your design process without being told to

Fluent English — you communicate clearly in writing and in workshops. Fluent German is a meaningful plus

Curiosity about finance and enterprise operations — you don't need a finance background, but willingness to get into the domain is essential

Nice to have: experience with prompt design, chatbot or copilot UX, or designing for regulated industries.

Benefits

Remote-first - culture

Open, diverse & international team

Flexible working hours

Competitive salary

The chance to work with renowned companies and to build up the next finance process automation unicorn

For your application, only a CV is required. Ideally you include some design samples of your work. A cover letter is not necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Our process consists of three steps:

1. Screening interview

2. Design interview

3. Meeting team members

We are able to do all the three steps within one week if your schedule allows for it.
