digital products, especially complex platforms, developer tools, enterprise applications, or technical products.</li><li>Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to improve product decisions.</li><li>Strong understanding of UX methodologies, design principles, and usability best practices.</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining design systems or reusable design patterns.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, designers, and leadership teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and defend
