User Experience Designer (UX/UI)

Our solutions are used worldwide by university hospitals, clinical sites, CROs, and leading pharma and biotech companies.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are now looking for a <strong>UX/UI Designer</strong> to help build our new web‑based application for clinical research and electronic data capture (EDC). You will design intuitive, user‑centered interfaces that simplify complex medical workflows while meeting regulatory and usability standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Drive UX concept development, information architecture and interaction design for a clinical web application</li><li>Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design specifications</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing with clinical roles (investigators, data managers, coordinators)</li><li>Turn complex medical data into clear visualizations, dashboards and workflows</li><li>Ensure compliance with usability, accessibility and medical software standards</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical and Regulatory teams</li><li>Contribute to and evolve our design system (components, patterns, style guides)</li><li>Advocate for user‑centered design across the product lifecycle</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with complex web applications</li><li>Experience working with medical data, EDC systems or clinical research is a strong plus</li><li>Proficiency in modern design tools, especially Figma</li><li>Solid understanding of user‑centered design, usability and accessibility</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders</li><li>A portfolio showcasing relevant work (healthcare or regulated domains preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows</li><li>Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>A supportive, international team and a culture of trust</li><li>Meaningful work with real impact on medical decisions and patient outcomes</li><li>30 vacation days plus December 24th and 31st</li><li>Flexible working hours and hybrid work model within Germany</li><li>Bike leasing, Urban Sports Club membership</li><li>Regular team and company events</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Ready to apply?</strong> We look forward to receiving your online application including your earliest start date and desired salary.</p> </div>
