You will be the person who makes things </p><p>look great and feel right, at every screen and every state.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Design high-fidelity UI screens and component variations for web and mobile</p><p>- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components</p><p>- Ensure visual consistency across the platform through rigorous design standards</p><p>- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and frontend engineers</p><p>- Create and deliver design assets, redlines, and specifications for development handoff</p><p>- Stay current with UI trends and evolve Joveo's visual language over time</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual UI design work</p><p>- Expert proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and variants</p><p>- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy</p><p>- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems</p><p>- Familiarity with frontend implementation basics — understanding CSS, responsive design</p><p>- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume design work</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
