In the UniCredit Graduate Program Germany, you can expect an attractive fixed annual base salary from €59,761 gross, based on full-time employment and aligned with your academic degree. Your remuneration is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grading: * Bachelor’s degree: pay group 6/11th professional year * Master’s degree: pay group 7/11th professional year * Doctoral degree (PhD): pay group 8/11th professional year The target salary consists of two components: the annual base salary (as outlined above), paid in 13 monthly installments, and a variable bonus payment.
