Become part of the Arcura Medical Properties team.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>About the role</p><p>To support our Berlin-based team, we are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager who can oversee our technical projects from an owner’s perspective while balancing technical quality with commercial objectives.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management of key CAPEX, modernisation, refurbishment and major maintenance projects across our German real estate portfolio.</p><p>You will oversee our external facility management and technical services provider and coordinate external architects, engineers, project managers and contractors. You will ensure that all technical measures are delivered within the agreed budget, timeline and quality standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Your responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage CAPEX, modernisation, refurbishment and major maintenance projects from an owner’s perspective</li><li>Manage and oversee our external facility management and technical services provider</li><li>Coordinate external architects, engineers, technical consultants, project managers and contractors</li><li>Review and critically assess technical concepts, cost estimates, proposals and investment recommendations</li><li>Support tendering, procurement and contracting processes</li><li>Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, quality and regulatory compliance</li><li>Identify and manage technical, financial and contractual risks at an early stage</li><li>Review change orders, cost deviations and additional services</li><li>Prepare project reports, budget overviews, decision papers and management presentations</li><li>Support the preparation and ongoing monitoring of CAPEX and investment plans</li><li>Conduct or coordinate technical property inspections and condition assessments</li><li>Support technical due diligence processes in connection with acquisitions</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>What you bring</p><ul><li>A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, building services engineering or a comparable technical discipline</li><li>Five to eight years of relevant professional experience in technical project management, construction management, building consultancy, technical advisory or a comparable owner-side role</li><li>Proven experience in managing CAPEX, refurbishment, modernisation and major maintenance projects within commercial real estate</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, building services and relevant technical and regulatory requirements</li><li>Sound knowledge of cost, schedule, quality and risk management</li><li>Experience in managing and critically overseeing external service providers and project partners</li><li>Good commercial awareness and the ability to assess technical decisions from an owner’s and investor’s perspective</li><li>A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership and delivery</li><li>Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within Germany</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>What you can expect</p><ul><li>A permanent full-time position with 40 working hours per week</li><li>A salary range of €75,000 to €90,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications</li><li>An annual bonus opportunity of 26% of gross annual salary</li><li>30 days of annual leave</li><li>A subsidised Urban Sports Club membership, with an employee contribution of just €9.90 per month</li><li>A monthly contribution of €45 towards the Deutschlandticket</li><li>An occupational pension plan with an enhanced employer contribution</li><li>Modern work equipment and support with your home-office setup</li><li>A modern workplace at our Berlin office in Charlottenburg</li><li>An office-first setup with the option to work from home one day per week</li><li>A responsible position with significant scope to shape the role and short decision-making processes</li><li>An open, international and entrepreneurial working culture</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Sounds interesting?</p><p>Then send us your CV today.
