As our Technical Product &amp; Supply Manager, you’re the link between our engineers and the real world. You’ll own the journey from “great idea” to “available product” — making sure every MILOO e-bike is technically flawless, reliably delivered, and built to last.</p><p>If you love solving problems across continents, juggling technical detail with big-picture supply strategy, and watching your work roll out the door — this one’s for you.</p><p><strong>What you’ll own</strong></p><p><strong>From concept to prototype</strong></p><p>· Connect the dots between product conception in Switzerland and sourcing in the world, keeping development fast, focused, and on-target.</p><p>· Drive technical project development and run hands-on prototype testing.</p><p><strong>Sourcing that scales</strong></p><p>· Lead the technical procurement of components.</p><p>· Find, vet, and build strong relationships with strategic suppliers.</p><p><strong>Quality, no compromise</strong></p><p>· Define test scenarios and keep a close eye on manufacturing quality.</p><p>· Verify technical specifications and give the green light to new product lines.</p><p><strong>Keeping the wheels turning</strong></p><p>· Run the full inbound ordering process — deadline monitoring, returns, the works.</p><p>· Own inventory and warehouse optimization: keep products available, data clean (naming, specs, classification), prices compliant, and product presentation sharp in the back office.</p><p><strong>Smarter planning</strong></p><p>· Build data-driven inventory forecasts that factor in seasonality and market trends.</p><p><strong>Turning data into margin</strong></p><p>· Dig into warranty claims statistically to spot technical improvements and manage supplier returns.</p><p>· Track supply chain and warranty costs to protect — and grow — our margins.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><p>· 4–8 years in technical product management, procurement, or supply chain — bonus points for a hardware, mobility, or consumer-goods background.</p><p>· A real technical brain: you read specs, prototypes, and quality requirements with ease.</p><p>· Hands-on experience working with international suppliers (World sourcing experience is a big plus).</p><p>· A data-driven mindset — forecasting, inventory planning, and cost control come naturally to you.</p><p>· Structured, proactive, and happy to own processes end-to-end.</p><p>· Fluent in English and French.</p><p>· Up for occasional travel to meet suppliers and run quality audits.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Sound like you?</strong></p><p>Hit apply on LinkedIn, or send your CV to info@miloo.com.
