You don't need to be a Senior Dev, but you do need to be a master of the modern stack: AI agents, no-code/low-code, rapid prototyping, and scalable architecture.<br/><br/>We are building a few <strong>stealth-mode special projects</strong> and need someone who can iterate at lightning speed, work directly with the founding team, and think like an entrepreneur. The vibe: High autonomy, zero bureaucracy, pure building.<br/><br/><strong>Your role: <br/><br/></strong>We are looking for a<strong> Technical Product Generalist</strong> to act as the "execution engine" for a series of special projects. You will sit directly with the Co-Founders and CTO to turn raw ideas into validated products. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in meetings; it’s for someone who wants to build, break, and ship.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Do:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Rapid Prototyping: Take a concept from a whiteboard and build a functional MVP using a mix of AI tools, low-code platforms, or light coding. </li><li>AI Orchestration: Implement AI workflows using tools like OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or Cursor to automate processes and enhance product features. </li><li>Architectural Design: Help define how different tools and databases talk to each other so our "fast" builds don't crumble when they scale. </li><li>Iterate &amp; Pivot: Use user feedback to change directions in hours. You should be comfortable "killing your darlings" if the data doesn't support the idea. </li><li>Bridge the Gap: Act as the glue between the Founders' vision and the CTO's technical roadmap. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Who you are:</strong> <br/><br/><ul><li>Your Tech "Toolbox" (Expected Proficiency). You should be a "power user" in most of these categories:</li><ul><li>AI/LLMs: Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Artifacts, Midjourney, v0.dev. </li><li>Automation/No-Code: Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, or Webflow. </li><li>Modern Stack: Knowledge of how APIs, Supabase/Firebase, and Vercel work. </li><li>Product: Linear, Notion, Figma (enough to wireframe). </li></ul></ul> <br/><br/><ul><li>Your Personality: </li><ul><li>Entrepreneurial: You’ve likely had a side hustle or tried to start a company before. You care about why we are building, not just what. </li><li>Tech-Fluent: You can hold your own in a conversation with our CTO about architecture, even if you aren't writing the production backend yourself. </li><li>Bias for Action: You prefer a "dirty" solution that works today over a "perfect" one that takes a month. </li><li>Vienna-Based: You want to be in the room where it happens.
