We work closely with clients to solve complex operational and technical challenges, from discovery and delivery to long-term product evolution.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>hands-on Tech Lead</strong> who enjoys building software, taking technical ownership, and working directly with clients. In this role, you will lead client projects that require a strong mix of architecture, delivery, and implementation. Depending on the project phase and client needs, your focus may lean more toward solution design, technical consulting, or hands-on engineering, but you will always remain close to the code and the outcome.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a role for someone who feels at home in a client environment, makes pragmatic technical decisions with confidence, and leads by doing.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Own technical delivery end to end</strong>: You will take responsibility for technical decisions, architecture, implementation quality, and delivery outcomes across client projects.</li><li><strong>Stay hands-on in the codebase: </strong>This is not a pure leadership role.
