We are looking for a <strong>Technical Consultant (Innovation Center)</strong> to join this organization.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Design high-level solutions to fit client needs and environment during the deal process</li><li>Build and deliver custom-made industry-specific demos for new prospects and clients</li><li>Create powerful POCs (Proof of Concepts) for prospects and customers</li><li>Present and demonstrate solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle</li><li>Be an evangelist of DRUID tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution</li><li>Drive end-user adoption of DRUID products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li><li>Native or bilingual proficiency in German and fluency in business-level English</li><li>Experience working as a Technical Presales Engineer or Technical Consultant</li><li>Ability to understand customer’s business needs and translate them to a Druid solution</li><li>Experience in building custom demos and POCs</li><li>Good balance of business and technical skills</li><li>Database (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST / SOAP)</li><li>Strong verbal, written, presentation, storyteller, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to have conversations on IT- and C-level</li><li>Deep industry knowledge is a plus</li><li>Enthusiasm for technology</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What is RSight®</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>RSight® is a next-generation recruitment solution, committed to the values of fairness, transparency, and human-centric hiring.
