Intralinks is headquartered in the USA and operates more than twenty offices on four continents</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement and support advanced Intralinks solutions, with a strong focus on API-based services and system integrations. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging <strong>SQL</strong> and data analysis skills to support implementations, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing solution optimization.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Support, Product Management, Development, QE, Operations, and the Global Customer Success Organization (GCSO) to deliver successful client outcomes. The ideal candidate combines <strong>strong client-facing skills</strong> with <strong>hands-on technical expertise</strong> and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities :</strong></p><p>• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leveraging strong SQL development and data analysis skills to provide technical guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.</p><p>• Gather requirements, determine best solutions, assist in scoping Statements of Work (SOWs), provide updates to project plans, and successfully complete implementations.</p><p>• Implement solutions for customers from inception through final delivery, leveraging SQL, APIs, and other technologies to meet business and technical requirements.</p><p>• Plan, develop, test, document, and clearly present solutions and overall implementations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>• Build and optimize complex reports and SQL queries using Oracle PL/SQL and Redshift/PostgreSQL to support reporting, troubleshooting, and client-specific requirements.</p><p>• Troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions and workarounds.</p><p>• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, easy to maintain, and compliant with both client and Intralinks technology standards.</p><p>• Analyze and implement enhancements, performance improvements, and automation opportunities using APIs, Python, C#, RPA, and related technologies.</p><p>• Utilize REST APIs to implement and support integrated solutions.</p><p>• Perform administrative functions related to support delivery, including tracking support requests, scheduling appointments, and generating documentation.</p><p>• Participate in an on-call rotation as part of the role.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><p>• 3-5 years of IT experience with industry certification or 7+ years of IT experience without.</p><p>• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into technical solutions.</p><p>• Strong SQL development skills, including writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries and reports within Oracle, Redshift, or PostgreSQL environments.</p><p>• Advanced knowledge of working with REST APIs (JSON, CURL, Postman).</p><p>• Proven customer service skills and sound business judgement when diagnosing technical problems and communicating recommendations to clients.</p><p>• Knowledge of IT operations and experience contributing as a team member in project-based work.</p><p>• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and resolve complex technical issues.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple implementations/projects while balancing customer needs and technical priorities.</p><p>• Basic networking principles and concepts.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>EEO Statement / Non-agency Disclosure</strong></p><p>We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups, to enable us to bring a diversity of perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
