We provide technical sales consulting and support with the objective of transforming the way people work, teach, and learn.<br/><br/>This is a home office, field sales role based in the posting location and requires up to 35% domestic travel.<br/><br/><strong>Description<br/><br/></strong>In this role, you will:<br/><br/><ul><li> Deeply understand our customer’s and partner’s organizations and ambitions—and be seen as a trusted advisor on the Apple hardware, software and services.</li><li> Work collaboratively across Apple, channel partners, and customers to remove technical barriers and friction points to enhance readiness for our platform and to inspire change.</li><li> Deliver the technical enablement strategy and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners’ product and service offerings.</li><li> Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities.</li><li> Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apple’s messaging or best practices.</li><li> Provide pre-sales technical expertise to our partners on new business opportunities—sharing status and progressing them through to closure.<br/><br/></li></ul>This posting is for an existing opportunity at Apple.<br/><br/>For postings in Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range. On an exceptional basis, candidates with significant experience and skills for the role may be paid up to the range maximum.<br/><br/><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>8+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales consultative role spanning IT infrastructure, networking, security, or enterprise technology solutions</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS</li><li>Strong pre-sales experience, including qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business in collaboration with channel partners</li><li>Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and seminars</li><li>Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer and partner relationships</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Strong experience engaging and enabling channel partners to drive joint sales outcomes</li><li>Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, with a focus on end user computing environments and solutions</li><li>Experience deploying Apple technologies into enterprise IT environments, including device management, integration with existing infrastructure, and end user adoption</li><li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills</li><li>Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions</li><li>Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Pay & Benefits<br/><br/></strong>At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,000 and $247,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.<br/><br/>Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
