<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Bremen, Germany (hybrid / remote possible)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About CLAIMSURE</strong></p><p>At <strong>EdebornAI-Tech</strong>, we are building <strong>CLAIMSURE.</strong> A multimodal AI platform for automated vehicle damage detection and traceable liability attribution in logistics environments.</p><p>The system combines:</p><ul><li>Real-world image capture under operational conditions</li><li>Multimodal AI (vision + process data)</li><li>Decision support for claims, operations, and quality</li></ul><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>technical co-founder</strong> to lead the system from architecture to real-world deployment.</p><p>This is a <strong>founding role</strong>, not a standard job.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will own</strong></p><ul><li>Design and build the <strong>end-to-end computer vision pipeline</strong> (detection, segmentation, real-time inference)</li><li>Develop the <strong>multimodal fusion layer</strong> (image + logistics/process data)</li><li>Own <strong>model training, validation, and continuous learning pipelines</strong></li><li>Lead <strong>model optimisation for real-world deployment</strong> (latency, throughput, robustness)</li><li>Define the <strong>technical roadmap</strong> and represent the CTO function in funding and investor discussions</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we are looking forCore requirements</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years hands-on experience in <strong>computer vision</strong>, especially detection and segmentation in production</li><li>Experience building <strong>real-world systems</strong>, not only research prototypes</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>performance optimisation under real constraints</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>multimodal systems</strong> (image + structured data or sensor streams)</li><li>MSc or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field</li><li>Based in Germany or willing to relocate</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>autonomous systems, industrial inspection, or defect detection</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>edge deployment (Jetson, ONNX, TensorRT, etc.)</strong></li><li>Startup or early-stage product experience</li><li>Connection to <strong>University of Bremen</strong> (helpful, not required)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you get</strong></p><ul><li>Founding role with <strong>full technical ownership</strong></li><li>Opportunity to build a <strong>real-world AI system with immediate industry relevance</strong></li><li>Collaboration within the <strong>University of Bremen and startup ecosystem (e.g. Starthaus)</strong></li><li>Participation in equity and long-term company building</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><p>An EXIST funding application is currently in progress.
