We're a hundred and one free spirits, spread between Geneva, Zurich and Marseille, working together to revolutionize the information systems of our banking, industrial and government customers. 🚀</p><p><br/></p><p>We are hiring a Technical BA with expertise on RiskPro.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Finance and Risk stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (Agile environment)</li><li>Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Finance &amp; Risk solutions (incl. RiskPro)</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and support tool integration &amp; release management</li><li>Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring quick and effective solutions</li><li>Define and execute test cases (UAT, non-regression) to ensure solution quality</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks related to data security and sensitive information</li><li>Provide documentation and support for production and third-level issues</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Degree from ETH / University / UAS or equivalent</li><li>Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in banking IT</li><li><strong>Solid experience with RiskPro</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of Finance / Risk / Financial reporting</li><li>Experience with SQL and database tools</li><li>Knowledge of Java, Liquibase, Maven is a plus</li><li>Experience with Git (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines and APIs is an advantage</li><li>Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent in French and English</li><li>Swiss residency required at the start of the assignment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>In order to obtain a valid Swiss work permit, we can only consider EU nationalities or Swiss citizenship for this role.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><em>Why choose TechFirm?</em></p><p>TechFirm is committed to local players and associations (sponsor of DevOps Days, JavaUser Group, Meet Up, Glisse en cœur and Les Sommets).</p><p>When you join TechFirm, you'll benefit from real support from a team dedicated to helping you achieve your full potential.
