You'll lead a team of analysts while staying hands-on with SQL, Python and modern AI tools, helping redefine how analytics is done in an AI-native environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>We're looking for someone who doesn't just analyse data, but uses it to influence business decisions.</strong> You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, turning complex questions into scalable data products, driving commercial decisions, and helping shape the company's strategy through data.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll be a great fit if you have:</p><p>• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics</p><p>• Previous people management experience</p><p>• Strong SQL and Python skills</p><p>• Experience working closely with senior business stakeholders</p><p>• A product and business-first mindset</p><p>• Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions with measurable impact</p><p>• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor or similar) in your daily workflows</p><p>• Passion for building scalable data products rather than just reports</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key skills:</strong></p><p>SQL • Python • Data Analytics • Product Analytics • Business Analytics • People Leadership • Stakeholder Management • Data Strategy • AI • dbt • Airflow • AWS • Redshift • Athena • Looker • Data Visualization • Experimentation • A/B Testing • Analytics Engineering • Data Products</p><p><br/></p><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Munich (Hybrid – 2 office days per week)</p><p><br/></p><p>If this sounds like the right next step for you, I'd love to hear from you.
