Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services.</li><li> Challenges:</li><li> Evolve in a challenging, regulated environment for a fast and growing Private Bank</li><li> Main responsibilities</li><li> Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Microsoft PKI, DFS, MS Teams.</li><li> Troubleshoot and improve AD replication, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).</li><li> Implement and enforce security policies, including password policies, account lockout policies, and auditing.</li><li> Integrate Active Directory with other systems, such as Office 365, Azure AD, and third-party applications.</li><li> Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting</li><li> Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for Active Directory.</li><li> Setting up and maintaining Root and Intermediate Certificate Authorities.</li><li> Design, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies,</li><li> Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.</li><li> Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations.</li><li> Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potential issues (SCOM / NIMSOFT).</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies.</li><li> Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates.</li><li> Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes.</li><li> Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.</li><li> Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)</li><li> Must have with strong expertise in :</li><li> Microsoft Infra (AD, DHCP, SCOM)</li><li> PKI and certificat management</li><li> SCCM</li><li> Exchange 2019</li><li> Powershell scripting</li><li> MS Teams</li><li> Ansible</li><li> Nice to have :</li><li> M365</li><li> Intune</li><li> Citrix</li><li> AirWatch MDM Mobility plateform</li><li> Others- Swiss Residence</li><li> Core Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives</li></ul> </div>
