In this role, you will work at the interface between sales, engineering, and project execution, contributing to the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions that combine machinery, automation, and software.</p><p>You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality system design, efficient project execution, and seamless collaboration across stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p><ul><li>Design and document technical solutions in collaboration with Sales, ensuring speed, accuracy, and completeness</li><li>Ensure high-quality end-to-end documentation aligned with internal teams (R&amp;D, Sales, Engineering) and external partners</li><li>Manage and coordinate activities across pre-sales initiatives and customer projects</li><li>Act as a central point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment</li><li>Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes across the full systems lifecycle</li><li>Evaluate technical feasibility and support solution definition in complex industrial environments</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Requirements:</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, order management, or similar roles in a B2B technical environment</li><li>Experience in handling technical requests or feasibility studies in an international context</li><li>Solid understanding of industrial systems, machinery, or automation</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as CAD, configurators, or technical documentation systems is a plus</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Fluency in English and German mandatory, additional languages are a plus.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Location</em>: Bern, Solothurn, Langenthal (Switzerland)</p><p><em>Job Type</em>: Hybrid, Full-time</p><p><br/></p><p><em>We also inform you that, by sending your application, all your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view at the following link https://www.teoresigroup.com/privacy-notice-recruitment/</em></p><p></p> </div>
