Because of that, your role goes far beyond traditional project management.</span></p><p><span>You will support clients in areas such as:</span></p><ul><li><span>website strategy,</span></li><li><span>CRO,</span></li><li><span>messaging,</span></li><li><span>landing pages,</span></li><li><span>CMS workflows,</span></li><li><span>and long-term website growth.</span></li></ul><p><span>You will coordinate projects, lead client communication, structure priorities and help turn strategic ideas into execution.</span></p><p><span>We are looking for someone with a high level of ownership who enjoys learning quickly, solving problems pragmatically and working across many different areas. You do not need to be an expert in everything already — what matters most is that you can think strategically, communicate clearly and figure things out fast.</span></p><p><span>This role combines project management, client strategy, operations and marketing thinking in one position and offers a steep learning curve with direct exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS companies. 🚀</span></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><strong>✍🏻 Tasks</strong><ul><li><span>Lead and coordinate complex website and retainer projects for B2B SaaS companies</span></li><li><span>Run weekly client calls and act as a strategic point of contact throughout projects</span></li><li><span>Translate client feedback into clear next steps for design and development</span></li><li><span>Set up project structures, timelines, deliverables and priorities</span></li><li><span>Coordinate communication between clients, designers, developers and strategy</span></li><li><span>Help clients make decisions around topics like CRO, content structure or CMS workflows</span></li><li><span>Plan new website pages, landing pages and growth initiatives together with clients</span></li><li><span>Identify project risks early and solve problems pragmatically</span></li><li><span>Support account management and long-term client relationships</span></li><li><span>Help improve internal operations, processes and project workflows</span></li></ul><strong>🤩 Your profile</strong><ul><li><span>You have experience in digital projects, marketing, SaaS, SEO, CRO, content, account management or similar fields</span></li><li><span>You are a fast learner with a very high level of ownership</span></li><li><span>You are highly organized and able to manage many moving parts at the same time</span></li><li><span>You communicate confidently with clients and can lead conversations independently</span></li><li><span>You think strategically but stay pragmatic in execution</span></li><li><span>You are solution-oriented and autonomous</span></li><li><span>You are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations</span></li><li><span>You understand that clients often say one thing but actually need something else -
