<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>About the role: What's in the box<br/><br/></strong>In this role, you will own the assortment roadmap and key monetisation levers for HelloFresh DACH product categories, driving AOV growth across Add-on Market, surcharge, and modular offerings. You will optimise assortment performance through data-driven analysis, shape pricing and bundle strategies, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions. Working cross-functionally across Product, Culinary, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, you will also help execute the merchandising calendar and leverage AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and execution at scale.<br/><br/>Please note that this position is a 24-month fixed-term contract (with the aim of converting it to a permanent position afterwards).<br/><br/><strong>What you’ll do: The Recipe<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own the assortment roadmap and monetisation lever design for HelloFresh DACH's product categories: Add-on Market (DACH only), surcharge, and modularity.</li><li>Success is measured by sustained AOV growth across the DACH monetisation categories.</li><li>Continuously track and improve product assortment through performance analysis, and partner with stakeholders to generate action plans that close performance gaps.</li><li>Build AI automation workflows or agents to streamline category operations, performance reporting, and execution.</li><li>Define and adjust pricing for surcharge items and selected add-on products within the broader pricing framework.
