As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll work end-to-end—from understanding business challenges to designing scalable analytics solutions that enable better decision-making across Redcare Pharmacy.<br/><br/>You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration, helping shape our modern analytics platform while mentoring colleagues, promoting best practices, and contributing to the evolution of our cloud-based data landscape.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><strong>About your tasks: <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Lead the design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, delivering trusted, high-quality analytics across your product domain. </li><li>Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, influence backlog prioritisation, and deliver measurable business value. </li><li>Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models, enabling intuitive self-service reporting and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. </li><li>Contribute to the evolution of our cloud analytics platform, helping modernise existing data products, improve scalability and performance, and support Redcare's ongoing Microsoft Fabric journey. </li><li>Champion analytics best practices, mentor fellow analysts, share technical knowledge, and contribute to innovative initiatives including AI-assisted analytics and self-service capabilities. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><strong>About you: <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You bring 8–10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role within modern enterprise data environments. </li><li>You have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, with experience building scalable analytical solutions and semantic models. </li><li>You confidently engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into scalable data solutions and communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. </li><li>You enjoy mentoring colleagues, driving technical excellence within your team, and continuously improving analytics practices.
