That's why strategy always comes before pixels.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who leads with thinking and strategy first, someone who deeply understands human needs, can shape product direction, and uses AI tools to sharpen and accelerate their workflow. You're not just a maker. You can walk into a client pitch, present a case study with conviction, and help us win the work.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end product design i.e. research, strategy, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems</li><li>Apply human-centered design thinking to solve complex, real-world product challenges </li><li>Leverage AI tools to optimize and elevate your design workflow </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across global projects </li><li>Participate in pitches and lead generation. Present case studies/ work in a way that builds trust and closes deals</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years in Product Design with a strong portfolio </li><li>Strategic thinker, you understand the why before the how </li><li>Deep grounding in human-centered design, UX research, and design thinking</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and modern / AI design tooling </li><li>Comfortable using AI tools to enhance (not replace) your design process </li><li>Strong communicator.
