<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <ul><li>Own the technical vision and direction for your domain, ensuring the team builds solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architectural guidance.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, leveraging deep knowledge of debugging tools to maintain the performance of our SaaS applications.</li><li>Champion Agile ceremonies and workflows, ensuring iterative delivery, high velocity, and continuous improvement within the sprint cycle.</li><li>Conduct rigorous code reviews in adherence to coding standards, to catch potential bugs and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's standards.</li><li>Champion AI-driven development to enhance development productivity, code analysis, and technical problem-solving within your team's workflows.</li><li>Use AI tools (Claude Code, etc) daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving.</li><li>Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to foster deeper technical skills, architectural thinking, and an ownership mindset, with demonstrable impact on their growth, the quality of team discussions, and the reduction of production incidents.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node, with a sophisticated understanding of React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture.</li><li>Strong SQL skills and a firm grasp of multi-threading and asynchronous operations (async/await) to build high-performing, scalable systems.</li><li>Understanding of the test pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E) and a proven ability to build stability into the SDLC from day one.</li><li>Curious about the frontier of engineering, including the responsible integration of AI tools to drive efficiency and solve complex problems.</li><li>Accountability for team deliverables and an ability to evolve code review processes and automations.</li><li>Ability to manage technical debt and ensure systems are built to last.</li><li>Partnership with Product Management for clarity on risk and cost, and suggesting emerging technologies to solve challenges.</li><li>Growth orientation and alignment with the mission to support the nonprofit sector.<br/><br/></li></ul>Salary and Perks<br/><br/><strong>Pay range:</strong> $114K - $140K<br/><br/><ul><li>Generous health, vision, and dental insurance options.</li><li>HealthiestYou service offering 24/7 access to doctors.</li><li>Competitive PTO package: 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, and paid parental leave.</li><li>401k match for future investment.</li><li>All necessary equipment provided.</li><li>Salary range of $114,800 - $140,000 with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About Bloomerang<br/><br/></strong>Bloomerang helps nonprofits deliver a better giving experience so they can raise more funds and create lasting change. </div>
