<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can also take on the role of Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT solution delivery.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, understands architecture deeply, and is also confident managing clients, teams, scope, budget, and timelines.</p><p>You will act as both the technical authority and the project leader, ensuring high-quality solution design and successful project execution.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Solution Architecture</strong></p><ul><li>Own the overall solution architecture and technical design</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions</li><li>Design and manage Dev, QA, and Production environments</li><li>Manage Azure infrastructure and cloud components</li><li>Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security) are met</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews</li><li>Support DevOps, CI/CD, and release management</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the main client liaison and trusted advisor</li><li>Lead projects from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support</li><li>Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and cost tracking</li><li>Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies</li><li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and reporting</li><li>Ensure project delivery within agreed scope and timeline</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with strong exposure to both architecture and project management</li><li>Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead</li><li>Strong experience managing IT projects end-to-end</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) projects is highly preferred</li><li>Experience managing distributed or cross-country teams</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile and PMBOK methodologies </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p>Strong knowledge in:</p><ul><li>Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, scalability, cloud services) </li><li>DevOps, CI/CD, TFS/VSTS or similar tools</li><li>.NET / .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs</li><li>JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular or React</li><li>Azure SQL / MS SQL</li><li>System integration and API architecture</li><li>Architecture patterns, OOP, SOLID principles</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Good to have:</p><ul><li>Power BI</li><li>App Insights, monitoring tools</li><li>Mobile app deployment (App Store / Google Play)</li><li>Automotive or Dealer Management System (DMS) experience </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Attractive salary and benefits.</li><li>A customer-focused culture that values employee contributions.</li><li>A collaborative environment with talented co-workers who support and help you grow.</li><li>Personal and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Career advancement in a growing and dynamic company.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
