Ventures is one of Europe's largest single-LP venture capital firms, backing the next generation of software and deep tech founders across Europe, with a focus on pre-seed and seed investments in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, and enterprise software.<br/><br/>We're looking for a hands-on software engineer to own and scale our internal technology platform — from data infrastructure to AI agents — as we transform venture capital through data. We've already built the foundation: a proprietary system we use to source and evaluate startups. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.<br/><br/>You'll be based at our office in Heilbronn, working full-time in a hybrid setup as part of our engineering task force.
