In this role, you will join a mission-driven team and contribute to the development of our core product and infrastructure as a key individual. You will work across the stack, collaborating closely with product managers and domain experts to design and build systems that are performant, maintainable, and continuously improving.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Architect and implement features for our platform and applications.</li><li>Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines that support clinician workflows.</li><li>Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security, and development speed.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and challenge us, the industry, and yourself.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>A passionate engineer with several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies.</li><li>You feel comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with a focus on backend development.</li><li>You require limited guidance to deliver features end-to-end in a fast-paced product environment.</li><li>Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to both technical and product discussions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Bonus points</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, or Azure/GCP) is a big plus.</li><li>Experience with architecture, security, and implementing best practices.</li><li>Experience working with streaming audio, transcription systems, or real-time media pipelines.</li><li>Experience with modern frontend frameworks.</li></ul> </div>
