They foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering their employees to thrive in a dynamic and impactful environment.<br/><br/>The Role<br/><br/><ul><li> Design and implement robust, cloud-native Snowflake solutions at an enterprise level.</li><li> Focus on hands-on engineering with significant architectural influence, acting as a technical counterpart to Data Architects.</li><li> Work extensively with Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and other modern data tools.</li><li> Lead Snowflake Platform Engineering, including account setup, warehouse management, and performance optimization.</li><li> Oversee Cloud Integration &amp; Data Pipelines, utilizing ELT tools like Fivetran/dbt, Snowpipe, and AWS S3/Stages.</li><li> Implement Data Governance, including DQ-Tests (dbt), Tagging/Masking Policies, and Data Contracts.</li><li> Enable Self-Service Analytics through the development of Analytics Engineering Patterns and Data Products.<br/><br/></li></ul>What You'll Need<br/><br/><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li> Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on cloud data architectures.</li><li> Excellent German language skills and fluent English (C1).</li><li> Expertise in Snowflake-AWS integration, including architecture, RBAC, performance tuning, S3, and IAM.</li><li> Proficiency in data ingestion using ELT platforms (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, Snowpipe).</li><li> Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques like dimensional modeling and Data Vault.</li><li> Ability to program in Python for data processing and automation.</li><li> Understanding of DataOps principles, Analytics Engineering, Data Mesh, and Self-Service concepts.<br/><br/></li></ul>What's On Offer<br/><br/><ul><li> Opportunity to be part of a national and international network of data professionals.</li><li> Continuous professional development through the company's academy.</li><li> A culture that values freedom, responsibility, and innovation.</li><li> An inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunities.<br/><br/></li></ul>Apply via Haystack today!<br/><br/> </div>
