Our mission is to empower regulated professionals with secure, automated intelligence so they can make faster, better decisions, without compromising compliance or data sovereignty. Our first product is already live: an AI assistant that captures conversations to automate downstream workflows. Brokers using Alpi save around one day of work every week. All data stays in Switzerland, processed by our own AI stack, no ChatGPT, no foreign models. </p><p>We're at an early, pivotal stage: real clients, real revenue and a platform we're building to last.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><strong>As one of our earliest technical hires, your fingerprints will be all over the architecture.
