You will be the person who films, cuts, publishes and talks to our audience every single day, across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with Instagram as the priority.</p><p>We are building a community first. Selling comes later.</p><p>What you will do</p><ul><li>Shoot and edit short-form video, daily. Phone-native, fast, well cut</li><li>Produce photography and carousels, from idea to caption to publish</li><li>Own the content calendar and publishing across all four channels</li><li>Live in the comments and DMs. Answer, engage, spot the questions worth turning into content</li><li>Track trends, sounds and formats, and adapt them to our topic within days, not months</li><li>Support creator and UGC collaborations: outreach, briefing, coordination, follow-up</li><li>Build content from our science: turn study results and product features into something watchable</li><li>Report on what worked and what did not, weekly, and bring your own hypotheses to the next sprint</li><li>Contribute to strategy. You are closest to the audience, so your read on what resonates shapes what we do next</li></ul><p>What you bring</p><ul><li>2+ years creating social content, in-house, at an agency, or for your own accounts. Personal accounts absolutely count if the work is good</li><li>Strong hands-on video and photo skills. CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or equivalent, plus a solid eye for framing, lighting, sound and pacing</li><li>Willingness to be on camera when needed</li><li>Excellent written English and a feel for the US audience</li><li>Volume mindset.
