<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!</p><p><br/></p><p>The Role</p><p>• Design, implement, and operate a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution based on Teleport to secure privileged access to Kubernetes clusters, databases, and servers.</p><p>• Build out a multi-cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (including AKS) and VMware vSphere using Terraform across multiple environments, ensuring scalability and stability.</p><p>• Manage and develop the Kubernetes platform, including GitOps-based application deployment with ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.</p><p>• Operate highly available PostgreSQL clusters on Kubernetes using CloudNativePG (CNPG) and the Crunchy Postgres Operator, ensuring performance, resilience, and data security.</p><p>• Drive automation with Ansible, expand GitLab CI/CD pipelines, enhance OpenTelemetry-based observability, and implement security and AI-driven automation solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>What You'll Need</p><p>• Several years of relevant professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes, PAM, and infrastructure automation.</p><p>• A strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable STEM field; relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, Azure) are a plus.</p><p>• In-depth practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes (AKS is advantageous), Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD/GitOps, PostgreSQL on Kubernetes (CloudNativePG, Crunchy Operator), OpenTelemetry, GitLab CI/CD, and ideally Teleport or similar PAM solutions.</p><p>• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international, technically demanding environment.</p><p>• An analytical, structured, and security-conscious approach to work, high self-responsibility, strong team and communication skills, and an enthusiasm for modern, AI-supported engineering workflows in a dynamic setting.</p><p><br/></p><p>What's On Offer</p><p>• Competitive salary</p><p>• Flexible work arrangements with hybrid options.</p><p>• Opportunities for professional development through an in-house academy and external partners.</p><p>• Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including fitness facilities and healthy dining options.</p><p><br/></p><p>Apply via Haystack today!</p> </div>
