<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> Job description:<br/><br/> Job Summary <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a motivated experienced <strong>Avaloq specialist; a generalist or with a domain focus </strong>to work with our globally growing <strong>Avaloq Team</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>Switzerland</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>You analyse, design, and implement the Avaloq software in various business areas and in close cooperation with the banking clients</li> <li>You take on functional and technical responsibility on the project for specific business areas</li> <li>Functional or technical specifications are developed by you according to the client’s needs</li> <li>You support the coaching of consultants and training of users</li> <li>You're involved in product and business development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, ideally in a “STEM” field of study</li> <li>Certified Avaloq Professional with 2 years or more professional experience in business analysis and parameterisation of Avaloq software</li> <li>You have a strong analytical mindset and are result-oriented with a proactive approach</li> <li>Fluency in English, written and spoken, other languages are a big plus</li> <li>You are a team player with excellent communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> Key Responsibilities 1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project &amp; sustenance delivery<br/>2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert<br/>3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements<br/>4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.<br/>5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.<br/>6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.<br/>7.
