This is a company who are looking for professional &amp; trustworthy Product Managers that like challenge, autonomy and freedom to deliver for their clients. </p><p>I am looking for someone who enjoys diving in, taking ownership, understanding client needs, but also knowing when to push back. </p><p>This client of mine are very passionate about Product &amp; delivering a brilliant service to the clients. The success means nearly doubling in size this year!</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Background:</strong></p><ul><li>Solid Product experience and background</li><li>Showcase the results based on your work in Product</li><li>IT Infrastructure Projects - BONUS</li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Brilliant technical understanding &amp; how to question people to gather more information </li><li>Understand terms like disaster recovery, image security, CI/CD </li><li>Know how to empathise with customers</li><li>Consultancy experience -<strong> useful</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Information</strong>:</p><ul><li>2-3 stage interview process </li><li>Remote in Germany BUT you must travel to client site up to a maximum of 2 days per week </li><li>Some projects could be fully remote depending on the customer</li><li>B2+ German</li><li>C1+ English </li><li>Salary - €70,000-€80,000 per annum</li><li>Bonus is based off company financial performance</li><li>Brilliant culture, brilliant support, great team </li></ul><p> </p><p>This is a company that wants people to join for a long time, help the business grow by delivering excellent product quality to their clients.
