We combine beauty, innovation, and data-driven insights to deliver products our community loves.</p><br/>Aufgaben<br/><p>Joining us, you will:</p><br/><ul><br/><li><strong>Shape our Data Architecture:</strong> Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using <strong>dbt</strong> and robust <strong>SQL</strong> within our <strong>Google BigQuery</strong> data warehouse, with a focus on high-performing data marts and a clean semantic layer.</li><br/><li><strong>Own the BI Layer End-to-End:</strong> Lead the development of our self-service BI capabilities, creating intuitive data explores and dashboards that give the entire company a single, unified source of truth.</li><br/><li><strong>Harmonize the E-Com Ecosystem:</strong> Unify and blend data across the <strong>Shopify ecosystem</strong>, Google Analytics, performance marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), ERP/fulfillment tools, and internal booking or factoring systems.</li><br/><li><strong>Deliver Strategic Insights:</strong> Develop end-to-end reporting solutions—from gathering stakeholder requirements and validating data to building polished dashboards and leadership-ready reports.</li><br/></ul><br/>Qualifikation<br/><p><strong>Data Modeling Expertise:</strong> Strong hands-on experience with SQL, modular query design, and dimensional data modeling (star schemas, fact/dimension design).</p><br/><p><strong>The Modern Data Stack:</strong> Production experience designing and maintaining data models using <strong>dbt</strong> (or similar transformation tools), including testing and documentation, ideally layered on top of <strong>Google BigQuery</strong>.</p><br/><p><strong>E-Commerce Native:</strong> A solid understanding of D2C/e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC, retention rates, repeat purchase behavior, and cohort logic).</p><br/><p><strong>A Proactive &amp; Curious Mindset:</strong> You don't just report numbers—you question definitions, challenge inconsistencies, and proactively optimize data processes.</p><br/><p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Exceptional communication skills to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.</p><br/><p><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Professional proficiency in English; German is a major plus.</p><br/>Benefits<br/><p>The opportunity to leave your mark on a fast-growing, loved consumer brand.</p><br/><p>A dynamic, creative, and data-driven team right in the center of Berlin.</p><br/><p>Plenty of ownership, beautiful data challenges, and, of course, the best nail polish in town!</p> </div>
