Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Staff Analyst IT Business Intelligence, you will bridge Finance/Controlling stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, data-driven analytics solutions, leveraging a strong foundation in Finance Analytics and SAP BI. You will lead with a forward-thinking mindset—championing AI, Machine Learning, and modern data platforms—to accelerate adoption and evolve reporting across the organization. Act as the Business Analyst for Finance Analytics, translating Controlling requirements into governed reporting, KPI definitions, and dashboards Own and drive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platform governance, standards, roadmap, and adoption across business units Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models (e.g., Calculation Views, ADSOs, Composite Providers) with a focus on performance and data quality Lead end-to-end analytics for Finance and Inventory: gather and document requirements (workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, sign-offs), model data flows, and deliver reporting solutions Ensure data consistency and harmonization across reporting domains with aligned KPI definitions, calculation logic, and a single version of truth Collaborate closely with SAP, Data engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions in an Agile setup while supporting DevOps/DataOps practices (testing, release management, CI/CD) Drive continuous improvement of reports, models, and processes based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field Proven leader in BI/Finance Analytics with 5+ years of experience in multinational environments, delivering high-impact analytics solutions Finance professional with strong technical skills in financial planning, reporting, and KPI development, and excellent stakeholder management abilities Proficient in SAP analytics tools (BW, S/4HANA, SAC) and familiar with modern data platforms and AI-powered analytics Agile expert with experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results using epics, features, and user stories Business acumen and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas, build strong relationships, and drive business outcomes through collaboration and innovation Fluency in English, German is a plus Contact: Guilherme Soares #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
