Own standalone project workstreams while coordinating seamlessly within the broader organization. </p><p>5.Balance technical acumen with strategic decision-making to meet critical milestones.</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements：</p><p>1. 7–8 years of project or product management experience in software development.</p><p>2. Experience delivering automotive IVI / infotainment software projects.</p><p>3. Proven ability to manage multiple software teams within large, complex programs.</p><p>4. Strong background in end-to-end software lifecycle management (requirements to release).</p><p>5. Experience working with embedded systems, HMI, middleware, and third-party suppliers.</p><p>6. Comfortable operating in Agile / SAFe / hybrid development environments across global teams.</p><p>7. Education Master’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).PMP certification is highly preferred.</p><p></p> </div>
