We're here to change that with a proprietary model pipeline based on ML and physical simulation that needs to be shipped at scale. We've just raised a €2M pre-seed from PlutoCapital, run by a group of Germany's most successful e-commerce entrepreneurs and are now looking for founding engineers crazy enough to join our mission.<br/><br/>Tasks<br/>As one of our first hires, you'll have technical autonomy to architect and build the infrastructure and systems that power our platform, working directly with founders who understand that building a consumer-facing product requires both deep technical expertise and creative freedom.<br/>You'll be solving genuinely hard problems that don't have established solutions - the kind that require building robust systems, optimizing for performance at scale, and shipping infrastructure that supports both experimentation and production workloads. • Build scalable backend systems: Design and own APIs, databases, and service infrastructure that reliably serve millions of requests. • Own DevOps and infrastructure: You'll design deployment pipelines, containerization strategies, and monitoring systems. • Integrate with simulation systems: You'll build the bridges between our ML and physics simulation pipelines and user-facing services.<br/><br/>Technical Foundation • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong backend development skills (Rust) • Experience with full-stack development (TypeScript, React, or similar frontend frameworks) • Infrastructure and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, GCP or AWS, Grafana, etc) • Nice-to-have: Experience with physics simulation, MLOps<br/><br/>The DNA we're looking for (this is what matters most) • Extremely fast learner: You can rapidly understand complex new domains, technical concepts, and product areas. • Creative problem solver: You think beyond the obvious.
